Our\nschool is arranged in six \u2018schools within a school\u2019 or phases: <\/span> \u00b7 \n<\/span><\/span><\/span>The\nKindergarten (Pre-KG and KG1) \u00b7 \n<\/span><\/span><\/span>The\nLower School (KG2 to Grade 4) \u00b7 \n<\/span><\/span><\/span>The\nMiddle School (Grade 5 to Grade 8) for Boys \u00b7 \n<\/span><\/span><\/span>The\nMiddle School (Grade 5 to Grade 8) for Girls \u00b7 \n<\/span><\/span><\/span>The\nSenior School (Grade 9 to Grade 12) for Boys \u00b7 \n<\/span><\/span><\/span>The\nSenior School (Grade 9 to Grade 12) for Girls <\/span><\/p> Our\ncurriculum is composed of an adapted from the Early Years Foundation Stage\n(EYFS) from England and the Cambridge International curriculum as well as\nincorporating the UAE Ministry of Education requirements.<\/span> \u00b7 \n<\/span><\/span><\/span>In\nEarly Years Foundation Stage (EYFS): The National Curriculum for England. \u00b7 \n<\/span><\/span><\/span>In\nthe Lower School and the start of Middle School we follow the Cambridge\nInternational Primary Programme (CIPP) (Year 1 to Year 5): \u00b7 \n<\/span><\/span><\/span>In\nthe Middle School for both Boys and Girls we finish the CIPP in Grade 5 (Year\n6) and then move onto Cambridge Lower Secondary (Years 7 to 9). \u00b7 \n<\/span><\/span><\/span>In\nthe Senior School, we complete two Key Stages: o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Key Stage 5:<\/span><\/b> Grades 11 to 12 (Years 12 to 13) Cambridge\nInternational Advanced Subsidiary Levels (AS levels) and Advanced Levels (A\nlevels). o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Grade 11 (Year 12) – AS Level and Grade 12\n(Year 13) – A level o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Subjects to be studied depend upon prior\nattainment at IGCSE: o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Current offerings are 2 or 3 subjects\nfrom: o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Accounting, Business, Economics, Biology,\nChemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science and Arabic \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/p> o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Note: Some subjects may be self-study\ndepending on demand and provision.
