Registration

Registration for the academic year 2024– 2025 from Pre-KG  to Grade 12 is in progress. Prospectus and application forms are available in School Website. Seats are available on a first come first served basis . Admissions are in progress. We suggest that the child is registered as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as there is a long waiting list.

Preliminary Registration

Those who seek admission should complete the registration for entrance exam. Submit the completed registration form for the entrance exam to the school secretary and get your hall ticket from accounts.

Entrance Test

Applicants must take an entrance test as per the date/time mentioned in the hall ticket. Syllabus/Portion for the entrance test is updated in admission option.

Counselling

Successful candidates will be intimated about the results and will be called for a counselling session with the parents

School Tour

After counselling, parents and students will be taken on a school tour to explain about the facilities, rules and regulations of the school

Interview

There will be a personal interview for the parents and students with the Principal / Department Supervisor

Final Registration

On approval by Principal / Department Supervisor, parents and students will proceed to school secretary for filling application form for admission, submission of required documents and to the cashier for payment of fees.

Parents are required to pay 3 postdated cheques of the school fees to confirm your seat

Documents to be Submitted

1. Copy of Student recent photos (passport size).
2. Copy of the student Passport, Emirates ID (two sides) and Visa.
3. Copy of the Parent (father and mother) Passport, Emirates ID (two sides)and Visa
4. Copy of student Birth Certificate.
5. Copy of Family Book (applicable only for UAE Nationals).
6. Copy of student vaccination records.
7. Student last report card received (From KG2 Onwards).
8. Khulasath Qaid – only for UAE nationals

Note:  For overseas transfer (except for students from USA, Canada, North America, Europe, and Australia) documents mentioned above in 6 & 7 should be attested by:

• The ministry/department of education of the country where the student has studied previously
• Ministry of foreign affairs of the concerned country or embassy/consulate of the concerned country in the UAE
• UAE ministry of foreign affairs

All the documents should be submitted in time and are subject to the approval of Ministry of Education

Textbooks / Uniforms

The Books and Uniforms will be distributed to the students before the first day of school. the date of distribution will be notified through SMS. (August 10 to Aug 30)

MOE books will be distributed in the classes once received from the MOE bookstore.

The Special Size uniforms will be delivered only after 20 days of the measurement taken.
